The Bienville Room could be the ticket if you need a backstage area for your concert, a secluded room for networking during a convention, or special VIP room for your party.

There’s really no shortage of options when it comes to these lovely and inviting rooms. With a square footage of 2,000-3,000 ft and windows overlooking the gorgeous Grand Oaks Mansion, the Iberville and Bienville Rooms offer the opportunity to host an intimate gathering of any kind. Both rooms are located just outside the Grand Oaks Mansion, making them excellent breakout rooms for events in the Mansion, or ideally situated for a smaller event. Both rooms can be used individually, or in conjunction with the Grand Oaks Mansion and the River City Ballroom – or both.
